Mold Illness Hacks:

First congratulate yourself for thinking of mold. The quicker you resolve it, the faster you will feel better. Many wait until it becomes devastating before seeking help. Unless you want to get trained to become a mold expert, we strongly recommend getting help as a DIY approach can put you in a cycle of constant struggle for years. In the meantime, here are a few things to get you started.

  • The main thing to do is cut off exposure to mold.
    • Eliminate foods known to have mold issues- Wheat, corn, rice, oats, nuts, peanuts, dairy and coffee. Purchase mold free coffee here.
      • We have seen many (including ourselves), tolerate raw A2/A2 milk direct from a farm from cows not fed grains.
    • Have your home tested if you suspect environmental mold. Our first pick would be to hire a mold sniffing dog to find and identify any problem areas. Another option is to try ERMI also known as MSQPCR, which is the most prominent mold test currently available in the market. Keep in mind that it is not 100% accurate. An option without testing is to live somewhere else for a few weeks to see if you feel better.
    • Mold can also be in workplaces and schools. Contact those in charge if you suspect mold there. If they do not cooperate, you may have to contact OSHA.
  • Work on your exit strategy. In other words make sure you are supporting the body to eliminate toxicity.
    • Poop at least 2 times a day.
    • Adults eliminate alcohol consumption. You need the liver to be active in recovery, not getting overworked by metabolizing you favorite drink.
  • You need a guide.
    • Mold is a decomposer that breaks down organic matter. Not something to mess with.
    • Schedule time with Jerry who is a Certified Mold Literate Practitioner with experience overcoming mold in his family.

Take the Next Step to Wellness

Our goal is to be the last practitioner you meet with regarding your main health complaint.

We love doctors and believe their services provide great value. However allopathic methods of medication and surgery are expensive and in our experience, can have limitations when it comes to chronic health issues.

In addition, low health insurance reimbursements don't allow doctors to invest the time we do to listen and coach you along the way.
